Psss, this article was just an excuse for us to share our recipe for our delicious Signature Crusted Panko Tuna Dish which is from the making to the bite.

INGREDIENTS
Orange Risotto Ingredients
100 grams. Italian rice cooked already. (Risotto)1 oz white table wine .
1 tablespoon chopped white onion.
3 cloves of crushed garlic.
50 grams cooked vegetables.
1 tablespoon butter
4 oz orange juice.
Procedure
In a skillet crystallize the onion in the butter , add the garlic, add the rice wine and let reduce for 1 minute, then add the orange juice and the vegetables , mix well and let reduce until it forms a viscous mixture , but not dry. Serve tuna dish molded.
Panko Tuna Ingredients
1gr Black Pepper 1 med egg 1.5 oz Soy Sauce 2 oz Vegetable Oil 100 gr Bread Crumbs 15 oz Honey 150 gr Tuna ¾ tsp Wasabi ½ tsp CorianderProcedure
Marinate the tuna in soy and add bread crumbs, egg, honey and ginger. Cook to preference and do a horizontal cut. Cover with mixture of sesame vinaigrette and serve aside sauce made of wasabi, soy sauce and coriander.
